# Individual Account KYC Verification - Step by Step Guide

### To Begin Verification:

1. Log in to your DWF Liquid Markets personal account.
2. Navigate to Account > Identification > Individual verification.
3. Click the "Verify" button.

### Understanding Verification Levels:

Your current verification level determines your DWF Liquid Markets account's trading limit. You can view your level on the Account > Identification page. To increase your limit, complete the Enhanced verification process (available after successfully completing Individual Verification).

### How to complete Individual verification:

1. Log in to your DWF Liquid Markets personal account.
2. Navigate to Account > Identification > Individual verification.
3. Click the "Verify" button.

### Important Notes:

KYC stands for "Know Your Customer." It is a standard process used by financial institutions to verify your identity. Have the necessary documents ready. \

### **How to complete Individual verification?** 

1. Log in to you DWF Liquid Markets personal account navigate to **Account** > **Identification** and click on **"**Verify**"** button located under **Individual Verification.**

2. Select your country of residence.

3. Once you've selected the **issuing country** and **document type**, the "Next" button will become enabled. Simply click on it to proceed.

4. You have two options:&#x20;

   * you can either take a photo or&#x20;
   * manually upload the document from your device. \
     \
     **NOTE:** Follow the provided guidelines for photographing your document. Ensure that the images capture the entire ID document clearly.

5. Please upload the necessary documents to verify your residence.&#x20;

6. To complete a liveness check, please follow the instructions to record a video of yourself.

   **NOTE**:

   * Ensure that your device has camera access enabled.
   * Avoid wearing hats, glasses, or using filters.
   * Ensure adequate lighting for clear recording.

7. Please complete the Politically Exposed Person (PEP) Declaration questionnaire in full. \
   After completing the form, click Next to proceed.

8. **Congratulations!** You have submitted all the necessary documents. Sumsub will review your data promptly. \

   Click on "Back to Identification" to return to the Identification page.&#x20;

9. Please be aware that if the status is **Processing*****,*** it means that your documents are currently undergoing verification.

10. Sumsub could request to repeat certain steps if necessary. \
    \
    If the status changes to **Incomplete**, the "Continue" button will become enabled. \
    Click on Continue to proceed with the steps needed.

11. At this stage, Sumsub provides you with information regarding the reason for rejection. \
    Please upload the necessary documents and/or photos for further verification. \
    You can accomplish this by clicking the "Upload New" button. \

**Enhanced KYC**

Enhanced KYC is an additional verification process aimed at gathering comprehensive user information to meet regulatory standards and enhance security. For higher withdrawal limits exceeding $1M USD daily, enhanced KYC is required, which includes providing details regarding account purpose, financial information, and account usage.

### Important Notes:

Enhanced KYC submission is only available upon successful completion of Individual verification.

### How to complete Enhanced verification

1. Log in to your DWF Liquid Markets personal account.
2. Navigate to Account > Identification > Individual verification.
3. Click the "Enhance" button.

4. Please complete the Enhance KYC questionnaire in full. After completing the form, click "Submit" button to proceed.
