Institution Account KYC Verification - Step by Step Guide
To Begin Verification:
Log in to your DWF Liquid Markets personal account.
Navigate to Account > Identification > Institution verification.
Click the "Verify" button.
Understanding Verification Levels:
Your current verification level determines your DWF Liquid Markets institutional account. You can review your level on the Account > Identification page.
How to complete Individual verification:
Log in to your DWF Liquid Markets personal account.
Navigate to Account > Identification > Institution verification.
Click the "Verify" button.
Important Notes:
KYB (Know Your Business) is a standard process used by financial institutions to verify the identity and legitimacy of businesses. Ensure that your business has all necessary documents ready for verification.

Log in to you DWF Liquid Markets personal account navigate to Account > Identification and click on "Verify" button located under Institution Verification.
Select your country of residence.
Once you've selected the issuing country the "Continue" button will become enabled. Simply click on it to proceed. Please complete all sections of the Corporate Account Questionnaire (RFQ), which is divided into three parts.
Please upload the required business documents: Certificate of incorporation, Articles and memorandum of association, Shareholder registry, Director registry, Certificate of incumbency. After filling out the form, click on "Next" to continue.
Please provide information about the UBOs that hold 25% or more of the company. We will send them an email asking them to go through the KYC/AML procedure.
After adding company data, UBOS, shareholders, directors and other key personnel associated with the business, the next step is a checkpoint where you can review and make changes to the submitted data. Click on "Submit" button to proceed.
Congratulations! You have submitted all the necessary documents. Sumsub will review your data promptly. Click on "Back to Identification" to return to the Identification page. Please be aware that if the status is Processing, it means that your documents are currently undergoing verification.
If needed, Sumsub may request repeating certain steps. Upon incomplete status, click on "Continue" button to proceed. Sumsub provides resubmission reasons; upload necessary documents/photos by clicking "Resubmit". NOTE: The image below serves as an example only. The reasons for resubmission may vary.
Upon verification of your application, we will notify you via email. Status will change to ✅ Success once Institution verification is completed successfully.
